William Arnold has over ten years of building experience and has been a licensed general contractor in California since 2005. He is also a certified contractor with the EPA. He has handled hundreds of jobs in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has been personally responsible for all phases (planning, scheduling, budgeting, scoping, bidding, building, and managing) of the design, construction and refurbishment projects for residential homes and commercial businesses.

Mr. Arnold has a rock-solid reputation for consistently completing all projects on time and within budget, repeatedly winning business and developing a loyal customer and vendor base for providing quality work and treating people fairly.

He is experienced in leading, supervising, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accomplish determined goals, including Clients, Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, General Contractors, State Employees, Project Coordinators, and third-party contracted Consultants.
